This screen print includes the front and the arm design. This is for a screen print only not the shirt.

HOW TO APPLY

• Temp:325 -350°
• Pre-press 5-7 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
• Press Time:10 - 20seconds
• HeavyPressure
• Hot Peel
• Do not cover with teflon sheet
